I had an anxiety attack with shortness of breath and tachycardia, probably due 2stress .shortness of breath was severe in the 1st 3 days.this was a month ago.now i have slight shortness of breath

What is it exactly you'd like help with? Are you on any medical treatment for the anxiety attacks? Has this occurred previously, if yes how frequently? or was the attack described the 1st one you have ever experienced? Have you been diagnosed with any other psychological disorders?
