Marijuana interacts with non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen and could increase the risk of  bleeding. and if you are taking any other form of medication still, marijuana affets the way kidneys process medicine and you may have elevated medical molecules in your blood stream that could have adverse reactions.

if you've stopped taking your anti-inflammatories and your antibiotics you should be fine.
