I go to nap and I end up sleeping for maybe 12 hours. I go to sleep at night and sleep way too long & refuse to be awaken though I dont notice myself

There are several factors that may lead to that. You have to be screened for thryroid problems, anaemia or depression. All can lead to longer than expected sleep. Good luck!

Hellow .your question implies that you have excessive sleeping day and night ,and this is what we call (Idiopathic hypersomnia) .There are two forms of this disorder.One is called polysymptomatic in which nocturnal sleep is prolonged (10 hours or more )with sleep drunkenness  on waking ,and constant or recurrent excessive daytime sleepiness ,associated with frequent unrefreshing naps .The other is the monosymptomatic form which simply comprises excessive daytime sleepiness .Diagnosis tends to be clinical ,and polysomnography may help to exclude apnoeic, periodic limb movement disorder or upper airway resistance syndrome .Treatment is similar to narcolepsy ,although naps are best avoided as they are unrefreshing
