Many diseases can cause headaches and nausea. You gave us very little information. Do you have vertigo with headaches? Do you have gastric pain? I recommend you do medical investigations (blood analysis).

Sudden headaches with nausea may be a migraine attack without aura or an intracranial pressure or anintra cranial aneurysm. A cerebral mri should be done first so book an appointment.
