The symptoms you're describing could be those of migraine headache, especially that you're getting nausea (the feeling that you want to vomit) and photophobia (the inability to tolerate light). The burning sensation in your arm is most likely part of it because migraine is associated with what we call auras, which are changes in sensation or motor abilities that precede the headaches. Migraine is worsened by fasting, lack of adequate sleep, menstruation, & stress. The only thing that's worrisome in your case is the morning onset of headache. I advise that you consult a neurologist for a full evaluation.
