I feel tightness in my chest when I lay on my back. It feels like I can't inhale as comfortably as I do on my side, like something heavy is on my chest. I have large breasts, could that be the reason?

Yes, could be very likely. It is a mechanical pressure on the chest. Though, what is your age, are you obese? Do you smoke?
