I feel pain in my left shoulder whenever I drink Alcohol, what could be the reason? Note that the doctors said my muscle are bones are normal.

however you might have some bloating after alcohol ingestion which could irritate the diaphragm (the respiratory muscle separating the abdomen from the chest) which will cause referred pain to the shoulder.
nothing to worry about it. just don't abuse alcohol i.e drink huge amount of alcohol because binge drinking is associated with cardiac problem on the long term.
