I did a semen analysis report and it was well within normal limits except that presence of 8-10 pus cells. What are the reasons, effects and cure ?

It's important to specify the unit of these 8-10 pus cells ( per ml or per high power field: HPF) because it will lead to a different interpretation.
8-10 pus cells/ml is non significant and does not signify a medical problem.
8-10 pus cells/ HPF may be a marker of genital tract infection which can be an important finding in the assessment and work up of male infertility. only then would it need to be treated by antibiotics.
