I breath from 1 hole and i have allergy it is true if i make the surgery the allergy will be gone ? And when i sleep when some little noise that is maid by my parent i wake up it is from it or another

In cases of allergic rhinitis, a trial of medical treatment, usually composed of an oral anti-histamine plus intranasal steroid puffs, for a period of 3 month duration. should be attempted prior to considering the surgical option. If significant improvement is attained with medical treatment, this may obviate the need for a surgical intervention. If not, the ear-nose-throat specialist may decide to proceed with surgery after doing imaging of the nose and sinuses.
