I am taking anti-biotics now (vibramaycin and granedoxy and zentaclyn) with no improvement to my red pimples around the lower cheeck since mid november. What should I do to remove those pimples?

You probably have an acne that is resistant to antibiotics. In this case there are tougher medications that can be given but need a medical surveillance by a dermatologist and blood tests are needed. Do not go for peelings or such treatments that remove the pimples since they carry risks of permanent scars on your face plus they will not prevent new pimples from reappearing.
