I am living in africa and i have a lot of acne and scars. I am using eclaran 5% but it is causing me extreme dryness. What can I do? What can I use?

eclaran can help with your acne but not with your scars. try using eclaran 2-3nights per week first and use moisturizers ans sunscreen in daytime. however if your acne is leaving scars it is severe acne and you may need a more agressive treatment, that a dermatologist can prescribe after examining you.
