Your BMI (body mass index, calculated by diving the weight in Kg over the square value of height in meters) is 24.08, which is normal, that is to say you're not overweight. A healthy body however is not solely defined by a normal BMI, but also by fat distribution - abdominal fat is unhealthy, predisposes to diabetes and heart disease; it's determined by waist circumference. I advise that you have your body measures taken at a dietitian's office to determine if they're proportional or not. Trouble losing weight is usually multifactorial, probably you're not following correct measures, or have thyroid gland malfunction - blood tests will rule this in or out.
As for the constipation and bloating issue, frequent small meals, a high fiber diet (whole wheat and grains, vegetables and fruits in the skin, fiber supplements, and Movicol or Metamucil) in addition to regular exercise and plenty of water are the best measures to fight those symptoms.
