Clean face with any soap and warm water.
Rinse and wipe strongly till skin becomes rose.
Apply tretinoin lotion with gentle massage till it dries.
Above steps are to be repeated twice daily.
The first two weeks you will see acne doubling in importance then it slows down and disappears.

Use antyseptic soap plus erythromycin lotion. If not enough, use tetracycline for a few months.
