Hi, my question is what to do to have energy during Siam, coz i really feel sooooo tired all the day,though I'm eating veggies & drink a lot of water.

In addition to maintaining a healthy diet based on high-fiber food items such as vegetables, and drinking plenty of fluids, you also need to make sure you refuel your reservoir of sugar, by consuming fruits (which are also a good source of vitamin and fibers). Upon breaking your fast, make sure you do that by eating foods with fast-release sugar, such as a couple of dates, or dried fruits, or some jellab. Besides these measures, low-intensity sport such as slow-pace walking in the shade may also help boost your energy. Finally, it is important to emphasize the fact that it is normal that you feel low on energy, especially in the first few days of fasting, because your metabolism would still bee adapting to the sudden drop in caloric intake; this gets better with time as your metabolic rate adjusts to the fasting process.
