Hi i did my ulner nerve surgery in both elbow since a years ago but i still have sharp pain and sometimes numbness, paralized and some electric running in my arms and fingers any help please thanks

I will expand a bit on the subject. Basically, pain and "electricity running" down the arms and fingers can have many causes. Most of the time there is a nerve compressed along its course anywhere between the neck and the fingers.
A nerve conduction study and an EMG can give you an idea about the location of the compression, and will help direct the treatment. The nerve can be compressed at multiple sites and sometimes needs several interventions to help with the symptoms.
