Hey, the last few months I have a burning feeling when going to the small toilet. (I am 31 yrs old). I seem to have no other symptoms. Well.. Lately the top of my penis seems to get wet (non sexual).

These are symptoms of a urinary tract infection. If you are sexually active, this might be a sexually transmitted disease. As the esteemed Dr. Salim informed you, you do need a urine test and antibiotic treatment after proper urological examination ASAP.
