Hello please i need an advise concerning my ear , i always hear whisper in it , plus i don't hear a 100% like the normal one.

Tinnitus "ringing in the ears" and decreased hearing can be due to anything from ear wax to more serious issues related to the auditory nerve "nerve responsible for hearing". You will need to have your ears checked by a physician and definitely get an Audiogram "hearing test".

I agree with Dr Achkar. Tinnitus has become very common in this noisy life: its what we call noise pollution. Now my advice to you is to check your ears with an ENT specialist, who will possibly demand an audiogram, and even may ask for medical imaging(MRI) as further evaluation for your diagnostic work up.
