Hello, I am always in pain (back pain, sciatica, etc.) Nothing special in MRI. Normal nerves (EMG). Took neurentin 300 but in vain. Any other similar better medicine?

an adequate trial should always be the target of treatment if the diagnosis is correct. meaning a good enough studied dose for a good enough time frame.sometimes combinations are good for "neuropathic pain" if that is the case
