With a morning 9 mmol/l you have Hyperglycemia, or high blood sugar . Chronic levels exceeding 7 mmol/l (125 mg/dl) can produce organ damage.
You have to see a doctor to do some other tests (HbA1c....) to confirm this state and after that he will decide about the medication you will have.
