Hello doc my scalp is terrible..it is caorse and when i get the bug and thuck flakes out it leaves a red and bloody skin under it..plz help how can i cure dandruff by my nutrition and medically..:(

There some topical steroid treatment or even antifungal treatment in this case ...
Check with your doctor for the dose & for the visual diagnosis..
