For the Past couple of weeks, I've had rectal bleeding(red blood on stool) & a discomfort when i press on my right rib cage. Are those two related? I am having no pain at all, no fever & nthg else.

the two events are not related. however a rectal bleed should not be taken lightly. you need to check a physician ASAP to examine you and do some studies such as CBC… the rectal bleed can be due to hemorroihds, anal fissure, ulcers, diverticulosis, cancer…. you might need a colonoscopy if the physical exam did not reveal the cause.
