Etant plutot sportive je ressens souvent des douleurs musculaires et articulaires qui durent. Est il preferable de traiter des l'apparition ou d'attendre que la douleur devienne insupportable ?

You may be putting too much strain on your muscles, such as working out for a long period of time (more than your body could handle as a beginner), or lifting heavy weights, to an extent that there is too much muscle inflammation as a result - mind you, muscle inflammation is an expected component of the process of working out and is very normal, but not to the point where bodily aches become overwhelming, which is a sign that your body is being subjected to more than it can cope with.
My advice to you: slow down your pace of work out, and stick to lighter weights (as in dumbbells and machines); seeking expert opinion from a physical trainer or coach would be ideal. Also, make sure you keep very well hydrated and maintain an adequate diet (people who work out require more proteins and carbs to fuel their activity).
