Each time i check my blood pressure it reads 9 systolic and 5 diastolic, last time after walking it was 7 systolic and 4 diastolic, is it normal, i don't drink caffeine substances, they stress my body

The readings are very low indeed! Are you sure you were not feeling fatigue or weakness?
