Dr. Nemer my test result for prolactin is 23.3ng ml and for testosteron is 72.14 after 3months of treatment with metformin and spironolacton and there is no polycystic ovary and im not maried

Prolactine is normal
We don't like too much the spironolactone ( as it is a Potassium sparing diuretics) in other words it will increase your blood potassium level,
I would rather not give it as first line treatment...
You should always refer to your physician before stopping any medication as he/she knows your complete clinical profile ..
