Does Sleeping afternoon helps in loosing weight??r

It is best if you sleep all your hours at night. In general, if you don't get enough regular sleep, it could cause you to gain weight because your body does not have enough energy to function properly throughout the day.

I am not aware that sleeping in the afternoon helps in losing weight unless the person is spending most of his/her day eating and hene sleeping would make him/her eat less.
