it is well know that heavy smoking (> 20 cigarettes/day) is associated with a decreased sperm count but not on the quality of the sperm cells and with erectile dysfunction. as for the shisha per se there are no studies about it but usually most side effects of cigarettes smoking are similar to shisha smoking.
