Beta-blockers are well known to be associated with decreased libido and erectile dysfunction, however the relatively low dose of 1.25mg per day ( if this is what you are using), makes it unlikely although still possible for it to cause erectile dysfunction.
I advise you to consult with your doctor the possibility of adjusting blood pressure medications dosages if you are taking any other than concor.
The only way to be sure if concor is responsible for the erectile dysfunction is to stop it temporarily to see if any improvement, and this should be discussed with the physician who prescribed you the medication to see if this is possible.
