Dear Dr. Dimassi, so i can take both evening primrose oil and grapefruit juice together to help with CM and getting pregnant? could you please advise me on the dosage? thank you

I'm not aware of a particular dosage of grapefruit juice, and you have to be careful because it interferes with the liver metabolism of certain meds. As for primrose oil kindly consult your obstetrician (this website is for information only, not for medication prescription).
