Dear, Any medicament to help reduce my craving for sugar? I did gastric sleeve but still addicted to sugar, please help. Note, does oxytocin nasal spray is good for that?

It will be best to see a psychologist who can help you overcome your addiction. It is important however to choose one who is specialised in addiction. Medications should be plan B in your case. Good luck!

I think you may get benefit from fluoxetine caps but

not oxytocin .
