Yes why wouldn't 2 people who have the same blood type get married? There's no medical contraindication, and the fact that they are of the same blood type is not known to be associated with an increased risk of genetic or metabolic disorders. Such disorders are more likely to occur in the progeny of couples who are related to one another (cousins or relatives). I hope I have answered your question correctly.
