Can someone have diabetes even if he's not going too much to the toilets?

Therefore current international guidelines recommend screening for Diabetes Mellitus, that means doing a blood test, usually a fasting blood glucose level or HbA1c test , to see whether Diabetes Mellitus is present or not, even if there are no symptoms.
If someone has none of the above risk factors, then screening should begin at age 45.
If the results of the tests are normal, then screening should be done every 3 years.
