Below my left testicle (when relaxed) I feel like consolidated worms small bag with no pain. Is it varicose or epididymis or just normal? Should I check them? I've been feeling this for years.

Varicocele is usually above the testicle. What you are feeling below the testicle is most probably the epididymis.
If you are concerned about this issue, you'd better be examined so that you can be reassured.
