Am to make directed ultra waves session for abdominal fat. Does this technique has bad effect plus is it efficient. Because I have diabet& fatty liver

Not very efficient un my opinion and if there is Any effect it doesn t last long. Better stick to héalthier and cheaper options: hit the gym and start on a balanced diet and stick to it it Will get better!!! after That if you have stubborn fat deposits (but only That; and not excess weight!!!) you could go for liposuccion eventually!
