Am having irritations on my beard,moustache, eyebrow left one,and at the side of my head hair and below my eyes. These irritations turn into dandruff after several days what should i do?

This is a form of facial seborrheic dermatitis, an inflammatory skin condition that usually affects areas of the skin where there is a high concentration of sebaceous glands (the glands that produce the sebum, the substance that keeps the skin moist and protects it against infection). Malassezia, a kind of fungus (yeast), has been implicated in precipitating this condition.Treatment consist of the following measures:
Scalp treatment:
Medicated shampoos: based on selenium, zinc, and ketokonazole (an anti-fungal agent) to be applied twice weekly. You may have to use this kind of shampoos forever.Topical steroid creamsFace/ears:
Wash thoroughly once or twice  per day using a soap-free facial wash (soap dries the akin, creates cracks and worsens the problem)Ketokonazole-based creams, steroid (hydrocortisone) creams may also be used.
