These symptoms are very non-specific and could be early sings of impending gastroenteritis, what we call traveler's diarrhea, which requires oral antibiotic treatment in addition to proper hydration and rest; if you happen to be in Africa, where infections like Malaria are widespread, I urge you to seek medical attention immediately.
