You ask about non-evidence based treatments without medically proven efficacy. In case of lack of hair, the hair transplantation is the solution. Minoxidil is evidence-based proven to help in cases of hereditary alopecia if used appropriately and for at least 3 to 5 months.

Agree wit the above. PRP is still experimental and no rigid protocols exist. If you want to try it, you can, it will not hurt but might not help.
