- Softening stool pills or granules like Metamucil, Mucinum and also Dufalac.

Not pooping regularly and when this happens, I take Bekunis. When I don't take Bekunis, I don't poop and I don't have the urge to enter the bathroom. I can't keep taking Bekunis, its not a solution.

- The best way to have normal defecation is to have a diet rich in vegetable and fruits. Do some physical exercises and take a softening stool pill (consult your doctor for this).
