I've noticed that I have a lot of new really tiny red dots on my chest, stomach and arms. They are flat and not itchy. Is this normal?

- it can be an allergy, it can be folliculitis it can be fungus it can be flat warts etc... it is really very difficult to know without a proper examination what you are suffering from.
