I've started bleeding 3 days ago.it turned out i am 3 weeks pregnant,i had twins but i lost one and i still have one but the thing is that i'm still bleeding.Is that normal?

I used plan B 6 weeks ago and got my period 2 weeks early, the last time I had sex was 5 weeks ago, got 4 negative HPTs since, no pregnancy symptoms and I haven't had a period in 7 weeks. Normal?
