Hello. can a dry cough be developped into bronchitis or pneumonia..no fever....doees it necessary to take antiotics or a syrop , fluids and ventolin are enough?

- If the adenoid hypertrophy is associated with rhinosinusitis, then it might be complicated with pneumonia, especially in the pediatric age group. Otherwise, there is no connection between the two.

Been sick since wednesday, coughing up mucus, fever, feeling tired and weary. Took antibiotics and panadol. Fever stopped but still coughing mucus and feeling tired. Any idea ?
