- it can be several things: hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst...or pregnancyyou have to undergo ultrasound + hormonal workup

- yes there are 2 kinds of pills, yet you should go for a physical exam and ultrasound before any intake..

- Best answer is with pregnancy test. Emergency contraception is not 100% effective.

- this is done for delaying your period mainly..we can not predict if you will be having profuse bleeding or not...you can stop it at any time..

- we don't give medication without physical exam or ultrasound, first we have to rule out pregnancy, stress can also alter period

About a month ago I had unprotected sex. My period is a few days late and usually it never is. I took a HPT 3 days before my expected period it came out negative. I'm having pregnancy symptoms though.
