My 6.5 months old baby has red spots on his penis and testicles. They seem to hurt him as he tries to touch them. Are they diaper rash? If not, then what? How can I treat them?

- They should be checked in order to decide. Genital lesions in children can be due to diaper rash among others (psoriasis, eczema, ..).
