I was diagnosed with MVP. Everytime I think about it, I feel sick, I get stressed, I get these scary thoughts that if I exert more effort in sports I might just die. Is it possible to die that way?

- The vast majority of MVP cases are harmless and benign. Many are over diagnosed. Most patients with MVP have no symptoms.
