- f side effects of magnesium are muscular crramps and abdominal theese complications not frequent

Why when i stand up i feel dizzy??though i was 14moths on a diet and when i felt that dizziness and other health problems i stopped that diet 4 months ago, but i still feel the dizziness why??

- this dizziness is due to orthostatic hypotension control you r pressure take the precautions not to stand up abruptly
