Is taking sporanox bad if i have a high SGPT(ALT) level of 59 ?(for fungal infection) And btw, i am taking zoloft & bupropion. Thank you in advance,

- Of course it is. We very rarely prescribe sporànox for fungal infection since it has too much side effects namely hepatic
