I have eczema looking spots on my penis, two or three. When i pop the tiny amount of puss, the pore remains read and scabby. It's been a couple of months now. How should i treat this?

I have some white "pills" on the skin of my penis since a while , I don't think it's std's . i also think it can be treated with antibiotics .any suggestions?

- It is not a matter of "thinking", you have to be checked! If it is not STDs as you think, an antibiotic should not be prescribed!

Redness and itching near the genital area. I thought it was fungus tried, to treat it with lamisil for 5 days no result. Can I know from symptoms if it is eczema or I have to continue with lamisil?

- Usually skin lesions are better defined when seen by a doctor.
We cannot make a definitive diagnosis without seeing those lesions, especially that you were not relieved by Lamisil.
