I got a skin rash on the left side of my neck about a week ago. It's a big, brown and dry spot that itches. What is it? Should I see a doctor?

- It could be eczema or fungal infection or another type of skin disease. Since each has a different treatment, if your problem stays then it's better to get examined by your Doctor.
