Two dogs licked my friend hand that we dont know if the had rabbies and then he touched the scab i had on my hand could i get infected with rabbies?

- No rabies usually comes with biting or scratching By an affected dog or By the saliva of the dog touching the eyes nose or Mouth - the dog usually has obviously abnormal behavior. So don t worry!
