Hello ! I am 16 and i have a mild case of pectus excavatum , i would like to know if there is any non surgical way of fixing my deformity . Please note that the reason of my worry is cosmentic

There is a slight hallux valgus deformity. The surgery has more to do with the shortening and elongation of certain toes that are disproportionate. Is this doeable and safe? Is it found in Lebanon?
