What I meant by "crizet a3sab" is the patient starts having tremors in the face & the hands close alone. I just want to know the medical term for it.

- Carpopedal spasm is what you may be referring to. It occurs when acute hyperventilation (fast breathing) results in involuntary contraction of the feet or (more commonly) the hands.
